I'm Michael Beale, the
founder and director of PPI Business NLP, an organisation
dedicated to unlocking people's potential. The goal of my
business is to serve as a pragmatic NLP resource for
business and the community, and as a centre of excellence.
I’m continually looking for the best way of doing things,
whether they are new, or tried and true.
I'm a
“First Institute” SNLP, Richard Bandler licensed NLP trainer
and a certified John Grinder NLP coach who has been lucky
enough to have trained with many of the best NLP people from
across the world including Paul McKenna, Jonathan Altfeld
and John Seymour.
My interest in NLP comes
from two key applications. As a personal development tool,
NLP can help individuals thrive in today's ever-changing
business and social environments. As a modelling tool, NLP
can help us “benchmark” and replicate excellent
performance.
Major change in
organisations needs people, process and IT skills;
developing people needs a different approach to developing
processes and IT systems. NLP when combined with best
business best practice provides an exceptional and powerful
approach to developing people.
I do not see myself as a
trainer, but rather as a facilitator, and at times a coach.
The fact that I'm not a trainer may be my biggest strength.
I help people get results because I demonstrate what I
actually do, and then allow others to prove to themselves
what works. I greatly enjoy facilitating the NLP courses; I
create a comfortable and stimulating environment where
people can explore ideas, behaviours, and states. I'm also
very fortunate to work with a highly skilled set of
co-facilitators.
I have 14 years of
experience in sales, marketing and strategy development for
BT, 3M, and ITT, and 9 years of experience working as a
retail buyer and merchandise controller for B&Q, Argos, and
Boots. Some may be interested to know that I have a
chemistry degree and an advanced diploma in world class
marketing.

Ms Cap is a certified Trainer of Neuro
Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a certified Hypnotherapist
with the National Guild of Hypnotists. She is trained in
Ericksonian Hypnosis, and studied extensively with
Erickson-student Dr. Stephen Gilligan. She studied NLP with
the key developers of the technique - Robert Dilts, Richard
Bandler, Judith De Lozier and other top trainers - Jonathan
Altfeld, Joseph Riggio, John LaValle.
She is a certified ISVOR Dilts Leadership Consultant and a
member of the The Global NLP Training and Consulting
Community as well as of the Executive Coaching Network. She
gives seminars on a variety of performance enhancing topics
including networking, creativity, NeuroGolfing, hypnosis and
maintains a private practice in Vallejo, California. She
teaches NLP based on a heartfelt mind-body connection
fostering sponsorship of the core.
she is also developing the American operations of PPI
Business NLP a UK based NLP outfit which concentrates
on delivering practical and useable NLP skills for key
corporate clients.
An actively performing musician, she is also a music coach
who works on all aspects of stage 'performance'.
